Logic & Vars¶
← EXE Functions · code catalog
Friendly names for EXE category 6. Each maps to a top-level EXE code.
BlockEvent¶
BlockEvent() · exe 12
No in-game description provided; behaviour inferred from the function name.
Example: exe(12)
ExecuteEvent¶
ExecuteEvent(eventNr: int) · exe 47
IS DEPRECIATED BY CallFunction. tempvar 0,1,4,5 are passed on (but not returned).
Parameters
eventNr(int) — Event Nr
Example: exe(47,1)
SetGameVar¶
SetGameVar(gamevar: int, newValue: int) · exe 112
No in-game description provided; behaviour inferred from the function name.
Parameters
gamevar(int) — GameVar #newValue(int) — New Value
Example: exe(112,1,1)
SetTempVar¶
SetTempVar(tempvar: int, newValue: int) · exe 113
No in-game description provided; behaviour inferred from the function name.
Parameters
tempvar(int) — TempVar #newValue(int) — New Value
Example: exe(113,1,1)
SetRegimeVar¶
SetRegimeVar(regime: int, variable: int, newValue: int) · exe 114
No in-game description provided; behaviour inferred from the function name.
Parameters
regime(int) — Regime #variable(int) — Variable #newValue(int) — New Value
Example: exe(114,4,1,1)
SetTempString¶
SetTempString(tempstring: int, newValue: string) · exe 115
No in-game description provided; behaviour inferred from the function name.
Parameters
tempstring(int) — Tempstring #newValue(string) — New Value
Example: exe(115,1,'Text')
SetSupplyMatrix¶
SetSupplyMatrix(sourceX: int, sourceY: int, areaslot: int, regime: int) · exe 145
Sets movecost value on each hex. if not in supply value will be set to 9999. It will not overwrite a lower value with a higher value. So make sure you set the areaslot matrix to 9999 before you call. this is done to allow multiple sources for making the matrix.
Parameters
sourceX(int) — Source XsourceY(int) — Source Yareaslot(int) — AreaSlot #regime(int) — Regime #
Example: exe(145,1,1,1,4)
ClearMatrix¶
ClearMatrix(areaslot: int, value: int) · exe 146
Sets the specified slot for all hexes to specified value
Parameters
areaslot(int) — AreaSlot #value(int) — Value
Example: exe(146,1,1)
Quit¶
Quit() · exe 154
Quits the player back to the main menu. Can only be played from the research hand cards screen!
Example: exe(154)
CallFunction¶
CallFunction(nameOfFunctionToCall: string) · exe 162
Case of name does not matter, but must be exact otherwise. The tempvar900-999 and tempstring900-999 will be copied to the receiving function and can be altered by it and will be returned back to the calling function. this way you dont have to use gamevars like in ExecExecute. (You can use these call by name feature to make functionlibs that can be loaded by import all). Tempvar 0,1,4,5 are copied to called function, but not back again.
Parameters
nameOfFunctionToCall(string) — Name of function to call
Example: exe(162,'Name')
SetMatrix¶
SetMatrix(slot: int, operation: int, disallowOverSea: bool) · exe 173
You cannot set operation yet. For now it just subtracts 1 of the value and copies if higher then neighbour. Thus make sure to make a clearmatrix(0) and then set coordinates you want to spread out.
Parameters
slot(int) — Slotoperation(int) — OperationdisallowOverSea(bool) — Disallow over sea (0=no, 1=yes)
Example: exe(173,1,1,1)
SetMoveMatrix¶
SetMoveMatrix(sourceX: int, sourceY: int, areaslot: int, movetype: int) · exe 202
Sets movecost value on each hex for specified movetype. if not reachable will be set to 9999. It will not overwrite a lower value with a higher value. So make sure you set the areaslot matrix to 9999 before you call. this is done to allow multiple sources for making the matrix. The matrix is calculated for the regime that owns the hex.
Parameters
sourceX(int) — Source XsourceY(int) — Source Yareaslot(int) — AreaSlot #movetype(int) — MoveType #
Example: exe(202,1,1,1,1)
SetGroupName¶
SetGroupName(groupname: int, newValue: string) · exe 244
No in-game description provided; behaviour inferred from the function name.
Parameters
groupname(int) — GroupName #newValue(string) — New Value
Example: exe(244,1,'Text')
AppendTempString¶
AppendTempString(tempstring: int, valueToBeAppended: string) · exe 245
No in-game description provided; behaviour inferred from the function name.
Parameters
tempstring(int) — Tempstring #valueToBeAppended(string) — Value to be appended
Example: exe(245,1,'Text')
